New generations of winegrowers in the southern Rhône Valley work together to craft Les Dauphins with care, dedicacy for their terroirs and Organic growing methods.
The quality of our wines lies in the careful attention given to each stage of the winemaking process. This wine is made from highly aromatic local grape varieties. Harvested at perfect maturity to obtain excellent aromatic concentration. Aged for four months to increase drinking pleasure and offer smooth mellowness.
Thanks to our winegrowers committed to sustainable viticulture, we offer to discover this Organic wine. The grapes reveal all the natural qualities and aromas of the original unspoiled terroir. This is a red wine with ripe summer fruit, underpinned by spicy flavours, hints of liquorice and mellow tannins.
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan
