Rosé Wine
The vineyard is located in the South-East of France, around the village of Tulette. A sunny Mediterranean climate cooled by Mistral wind, very beneficial for the vine.
The quality of our wines lies in the careful attention given to each stage of the winemaking process. The grapes are grown in carefully selected plots and picked at dawn in order to preserve pale colour, crunchy aromas and freshness. They immediately undergo a gentle pressing. Some of the fine lees are kept to bring roundness and finesse.
This expressive rosé is a gleaming pale pink colour. It offers mouth-watering freshness. On the nose, there are floral and summer fruits notes. Refreshing citrus notes and a lingering finish round off the tasting.
50% Caladoc, 25% Grenache, 25% Syrah
