Barely medium-bodied with bright strawberry and summer-flower aromas, this is a crisp and charming Southern French rosé that is very refreshing. Attractive candied-orange character at the juicy and slightly salty finish.

The quality of our wines lies in the careful attention given to each stage of the winemaking process. The grapes are grown in carefully selected plots and picked at dawn in order to preserve pale colour, crunchy aromas and freshness. They immediately undergo a gentle pressing. Some of the fine lees are kept bringing roundness and finesse.
The bright, rose-petal color of this rosé suggests a subtle floral aromatic expression. In tasting, we discover refreshing notes of citrus fruits, summer fruits and a lingering finish.
85% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Cinsault
